Vaayu Monsooned
Earthy and Mellow
In the 19th century, coffee aged naturally on the long, wooden-hulled voyages from India to Europe. Today, Vaayu Monsooned recreates that history. By exposing the beans to the humid monsoon winds of the Malabar Coast, we strip away the sharpness of traditional acidity, leaving behind a profile that is hauntingly rich. Expect a syrupy, full-bodied experience brimming with notes of toasted nuts, spice, and cocoa.

Imperial Nuggets
Rare and Elegant
High within the misty, sun-drenched peaks of Karnataka, Imperial Nuggets are born. These rare, "Extra Bold" beans represent the elite top 2% of the harvest—oversized, bluish-green jewels meticulously triple-washed and sun-dried to perfection. The result is a regal, medium-bodied cup that balances a bright, winey acidity with a clean, chocolatey finish. Subtle notes of sweet spice and caramel linger on the palate, offering a sophisticated experience for the truly discerning coffee lover.
